Feelin’ the burn


This morning, I definitely felt the burn in my morning workout.

I warmed up with 30 mins. of high resistance on the Arc trainer, followed by this new leg circuit workout that has become a new favorite of mine…

Feel the Burn Leg Circuit

The flying lunges and box jump overs help keep your heart rate up while the other three exercises work your legs. If you’re not sweaty by the end of this workout, I dare say you’re doing it wrong!

After this workout, I definitely needed a peanut butter banana bread bowl which was super delicious!

Turkey sandwich & salad
