Greatest released their 83 Healthy Recipe Substitutions last week, providing you with simple swaps and measurements (1 cup of one thing doesn’t always equal 1 cup of another!). I already use many of these, but am looking forward to trying out some new things, like swapping chia seeds for butter. (I love me some chia!)
